"10-12 years of overall experience and 3-4 years of experience as Palantir developer. Note: The individuals needs to work from VNS office (NYC) 3 days a week • Should have experience in executing projects and leading engineering teams to tackle key data-driven technology initiatives • Should be a highly skilled computer programmer who is comfortable with both front and back-end programming. • Responsibilities include developing and designing front end web user interfaces from a composable architecture, integrating existing data sets and models, developing and maintaining semantically driven object ontologies, and ensuring the responsiveness of applications, among other duties. • Developing front end website architecture based on Palantir Foundry. • Designing user interactions on web pages within Palantir Foundry Workshop.Developing back-end code logic that leverages semantic object linking (ontologies) within Palantir Foundry Pipeline Builder, Code Workbook, and Ontology Manager. • Palantir Foundry experience. • Proficiency with server-side languages for structured data processing; Python, PySpark, Java, Apache Spark, and SparkSQL preferred. • Distributed Systems Expertise: Proven track record building and operating distributed storage, messaging, or compute systems (e.g., Apache Spark, Kafka, Kubernetes, Ray, custom distributed engines). • Data & API Design: Deep understanding of data structures, schema evolution, microservice architectures, and designing robust, developer-friendly APIs. • Infrastructure & Cloud: Strong familiarity with cloud-native tooling (AWS/Azure/GCP, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform) and operating in heterogeneous or restricted enterprise environments."
