Position Summary We are seeking a Software Engineer with strong experience in C# and .NET development to design, build, and maintain scalable software applications. The ideal candidate possesses solid software engineering fundamentals, excellent problem-solving skills, and experience delivering high-quality solutions throughout the software development lifecycle.
While exposure to AI, machine learning, or Python development is a plus, our primary focus is identifying engineers with a strong foundation in software development who can quickly learn and adapt to emerging technologies.
Key Responsibilities - Design, develop, test, and maintain applications using C# and .NET technologies.
- Analyze business and technical requirements and translate them into scalable software solutions.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues.
- Participate in architecture discussions, code reviews, and technical design sessions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product owners, QA, and other developers.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following software engineering best practices.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including performance optimization and process enhancements.
- Learn and adopt new technologies as business needs evolve, including AI-related tools and frameworks where applicable.
Required Qualifications - 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Strong proficiency in C# and .NET/.NET Core.
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Experience with object-oriented design principles, software design patterns, and best practices.
- Experience developing and consuming APIs and web services.
- Knowledge of source control systems such as Git.
- Experience working within Agile development environments.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications - Experience with Python development.
- Exposure to Artificial Intelligence (AI), Machine Learning (ML), or Generative AI technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
- Knowledge of databases, SQL, and modern application architectures.
- Experience integrating third-party services and APIs.
