The Application Support Consultant is responsible for providing operational support for business applications, ensuring system availability, business continuity, and timely resolution of user requests and incidents. This role supports global business users through incident management, system administration, monitoring activities, documentation maintenance, and collaboration with IT teams to deliver reliable and efficient application services.
This position reports to the Senior Support Manager and is part of the IT Global Business Systems Support Team located in Brea, CA or New Brighton, MN and will be an on-site role.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Manage Request for Service tickets and provide timely incident response, troubleshooting, and resolution to ensure business continuity.
- Perform application administration tasks, including user access management and operational support activities.
- Monitor critical business applications, investigate system alerts, and coordinate issue resolution with specialized support teams.
- Support and maintain applications within the assigned responsibility area, ensuring reliable day-to-day operations and service performance.
- Create and maintain user guides, knowledge base articles, and internal incident resolution documentation while collaborating with Service Desk teams, business users, super users, and technical specialists globally.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 1+ years of experience in IT support, application support, service desk, or a related role.
- Experience using ticketing or IT service management systems to manage incidents and service requests.
- Basic understanding of business applications, user administration, and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal, for collaboration in a global environment.
Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:
- Ability to travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as required.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- ITIL-based support processes, including Incident, Problem, or Knowledge Management.
- Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP / CRM, Rillion, or other enterprise business applications.
- Working in a global organization or within a regulated environment such as medical devices, life sciences, or manufacturing.

Theannualsalary range OR the hourly range for this role is$85KUSD-$95KUSD.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
