Role

We are looking for a strong Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant to support the development, integration, enhancement, and troubleshooting of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP solutions, with a focus on modules such as Financials, Procurement, and Expenses.

This role contributes to the success of the technology organization by delivering reliable, scalable, and well-governed technical solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud. The successful candidate will have strong hands-on technical expertise, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and experience translating business requirements into effective technical outcomes.

You will work closely with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and technology teams to design, develop, support, and enhance Oracle Fusion solutions while ensuring adherence to Oracle best practices and organizational standards.

  • Customize, configure, and support approval workflows using BPM.
  • Manage data conversion activities and support migration cycles across Oracle Fusion Cloud solutions.
  • Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely technical resolutions.
  • Partner with functional consultants and business stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Ensure all development work is aligned with Oracle best practices and internal organizational standards.
  • Work effectively in fast-paced project environments with tight delivery timelines.
  • Create and maintain clear technical documentation to support development, enhancement, and operational activities.

Core / Mandatory Skills
  • 5+ years of experience as an Oracle Fusion Technical Consultant.
  • Strong hands-on experience with BI Publisher, OTBI, and FRS reporting.
  • Strong technical expertise in Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
  • Hands-on experience designing and supporting Oracle Integration Cloud integrations, including REST, SOAP, and SFTP-based integrations.
  • Experience with FBDI, HDL, and Web Services for data loading, migration, and integration activities.
  • Experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials modules such as Travel and Expense, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, or Fixed Assets.
  • Solid understanding of the Oracle Cloud ERP data model.
  • Ability to troubleshoot technical issues, analyze root causes, and provide timely resolutions in a dynamic delivery environment.
  • Strong communication and documentation skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.


Important / Strongly Preferred Skills
  • Strong hands-on experience supporting Oracle Fusion Expenses / Travel and Expense or other Oracle Financials modules.
  • Experience configuring, enhancing, and troubleshooting BPM approval workflows.
  • Experience delivering technical solutions across Oracle Fusion Cloud in high-volume or fast-paced project environments.
  • Strong understanding of data conversion, migration cycles, and validation activities.
  • Ability to collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to convert requirements into scalable technical designs.


Nice to Have
  • Experience with Oracle Fusion Security, including roles and privileges.
  • Exposure to PCS, VBCS, ATP, or other Oracle PaaS components.
  • Experience working in Agile delivery methodologies.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
