Responsibilities
Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing software applications under the direction of an Application Manager.
Design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within the assigned portfolio.
Achieve in-depth knowledge of the software applications and operational workflows.
Collaborate with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate complex problems and recommend solutions.
Understand the policies, procedures, and constraints of clinical or business operations supported by the application.

Responsibilities :
Under the direction of an Application Manager, the Application Analyst performs troubleshooting, maintenance, and optimization of existing software applications. They design, build, test, and support new applications and modules within their portfolio and/or service line.
The Analyst must achieve in-depth knowledge of the software application and operational workflows, as well as understand the policies, procedures and constraints of the clinical or business operation supported by the application.
The Analyst works with business owners, vendors, and ISS team members to evaluate and recommend solutions to complex problems and requests.
Required Skills:
EpicCare Ambulatory certification required
Preferred Skills:
Security certification or experience preferred
Kaleidoscope certification or experience preferred
