We are currently seeking pp Testing and QA Prin. Cnslt. to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US).
Job Description:
- Test Data Management experience with Test Data Management experience / Database management / CA / Informatica / Delphix or equivalent
- Understanding of one or more Estimation methodologies, Test Plan/Design Creation, Review, test script execution and review, Knowledge of Quality processes.
- Skills: Hands on with Test Data Creation, Data usage, Slicing Methodologies and masking.
- Excellent communication skills, ability to work in a multiple / diverse stakeholder's environment, People coordination, Analytical abilities.
- Strong Technical Skills, Strong SQL/database expertise with hands on experience. Should have experience in testing process and methodologies.
- Experience and desire to work in a Global delivery environment
- Establish trust and maintain a good working relationship with internal / external stakeholders, Partners and liaise with development and support leaders to ensure a successful end-to-end delivery
Must Have Skills:
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Very Good exposure to Test Data Management.
- Programming language expertise
- Hands on expertise in Test Planning, Design, Execution, Evaluation and Reporting.
- Very good onsite offshore coordination skills.
- Very good client coordination skills.
- bility to provide value adds and solutions from QA in a dynamic environment.
- Good leadership skills in mentoring the team members.
Basic Qualifications:
- 6-8 years' experience in TDM roles
- 6 - 8 years of experience in enterprise QA process and execution
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer science, engineering, or related technical field.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for U.S.-based positions. The starting pay range for this remote role is $50-58/hour. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications.
