Role Overview:As an IT Analyst, you will participate in the review of current processes and metrics supporting operational effectiveness, identifying constraints or opportunities that could impact business and technology strategy. This role involves developing artifacts that accurately describe current state processes, practices, and metrics, as well as capturing opportunities for process simplification and improvement of KRI/KPI or operational metrics.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop artifacts such as documents, dashboards, process flows, and code reviews that accurately describe current state processes, practices, and metrics.
- Identify and capture opportunities to simplify processes while improving Key Risk Indicators (KRIs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), or operational metrics.
- Facilitate discussions with IT, Product, and Business subject matter experts to gather relevant insights.
- Review produced artifacts to validate their completeness and accuracy.
- Responsible for the capture and upkeep of KRIs, KPIs, and Operational Metrics as necessary.
