Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant educational program
• Board certification required
• Licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in Arizona
• Minimum one year of Neurology experience
• Familiarity with chronic pain management and general health education

Responsibilities

• Provide patient services to diverse age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and develop treatment plans
• Perform physical examinations and well-woman exams
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests and patient care examinations
• Manage prescription needs and offer care coordination
• Travel to various clinic locations as required
