Full Job Description
Overview:

Responsible for the overall operations in the clinic(s) with the priorities of developing and coaching providers and support staff for career growth and high performance, supervising colleagues to ensure quality care and patient engagement metrics are achieved, and driving financial results and profitability. Focuses on assessing educational/training needs and practice development while committing to work in the clinics regularly as a staff Provider. The APP Lead-Retail is an experienced clinical leader with exceptional communication and management skills who is committed to the highest level of patient care and business success.

Responsibilities:

Performs a variety of patient care activities in accordance with established standards and practice. Responsible for the day-to-day administrative duties and clinical activities of the APP's in a variety of settings to include but not limited to the outpatient clinic and inpatient setting.

Qualifications:

Education
  • Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing with current Georgia license for Advanced Practice Nursing and a Master's degree in Nursing, Required or
  • Physician Assistant program with current license for the Georgia State Composite Board. Required

Work Experience
  • 1 year previous supervisory or lead experience. Preferred

Licenses and Certifications
  • ACLS Upon Hire Required and
  • BCLS - Basic Life Support Upon Hire Required and
  • PA - Physician Assistant Licensed Physician Assistant in the State of Georgia. Updated NCCPA certification for PA's. Upon Hire Required or
  • ACNP - Acute Care Nurse Practitioner Licensed for Advanced Practice Nursing (ACNP, FNP, and WHNP) in the State of Georgia Upon Hire Required
