We are currently seeking a APD Team Manager to join our team in Little Rock, Arkansas (US-AR), United States (US).

The Business Consulting Manager (BCM) will direct a project team in the service delivery of our client's Advanced Planning Document (APD) and Contract Management efforts across the Enterprise Project Management Office (EPMO) operations. This person will be a valued member of the PMO team and will be a primary point of contact for the client's leadership team on matters related to APD management and operations as well as Contract oversight. This can be a hybrid position with limited travel to the client's site.

Job Responsibilities Include:
• A strong ability to professionally engage and interact with the client is an essential part of this role
• Responsible for performing, delegating, and managing the activities within their project team
• Mentors PMO team members where applicable in areas specific to APD development, contract management, federal policy matters, and project management
• Exhibits knowledge of State and Federal policy in Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP, TANF, CCWIS and other federal programs
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to assess and capture program and project needs
• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to determine necessary financial resources that are strategically and operationally required
• Manage necessary project and program reporting needs at the State and Federal level for the client
• Participate in monthly State and Federal meetings when necessary
• Responsible for weekly and monthly project status reports to the client and internal leadership team

Basic Qualifications:
• 7+ years of experience working in state government environment
• 7+ years of project and program management experience
• 7+ years of experience and expertise with Medicaid, CHIP, SNAP and other federal health and human services programs

Preferred Skills:
• Minimum 5 years in client-facing delivery experience in the Medicaid Enterprise
• Minimum 5 years managing resources, projects, and programs in a multi-vendor environment

Where required by law, NTT DATA provides a reasonable range of compensation for specific roles. The starting pay range for this remote role is $101,052 - $210,526. This range reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation for the position across all US locations. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's actual work location, relevant experience, technical skills, and other qualifications. This position may also be eligible for incentive compensation based on individual and/or company performance.
