The Financial Institution Partnerships Director will play a critical role in developing and delivering Antom cards and APMs offering via 3rd party acquirers partnerships. This role involves executing end-to-end strategy, implementation and executive relationship management across card scheme and acquirers relationships in US & Latam, including with global financial institution partners.

What You'll Do
• Keen ability to understand the Ant International financial operating system products and services to ensure that the right partners are selected to support the delivery of our roadmap.
• Manage the entire lifecycle of financial institution partnerships from strategy to signing through implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leadership across the company, including Legal, Compliance, Product, Engineering, Strategy, Finance and Operations.
• Leading a team of FI partnerships managers to effectively impact Antom customers by working with partners and internal product teams to deliver business requirement, new products and payment coverage.
• Manage 3rd party cards & APMs acquirer, financial Institution partner executive relationships and work with our partners to develop industry-leading solutions, solving problems for our customers.
• Harness a strong executive network for building thought leadership in payments.
• Represent Antom for any industry or marketing events.

Job Requirement
• 10+ years of experience working in financial institution, card schemes, acquirers and payment networks.
• Proven track record in building and scaling high performing FI Partnerships function with full ownerships of business outcome.
• Executive relationships with card schemes, acquirer in US & Latam region would be a plus.
• A good understanding of onboarding and compliance with global and regional payment network provider.
• You are fascinated with the global financial ecosystem, embedded finance adoption, and globalization of enterprises.
• You are an exceptional communicator and can connect with people at all levels, internally and with external stakeholders.
• You exhibit a strong product instinct and can identify opportunities to strategize and leverage partners' and Antom existing and future products/business growth.
• You have strong negotiation skills and can hustle to make multiple complex deals work parallel across regions.
• Proficiency in mandarin would be a plus as this role will requires you to work closely with mandarin speaking internal stakeholder.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $200,000-270,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. This salary range may be inclusive of several career levels at Ant International and will be narrowed during the interview process based on a number of factors, including the candidate's experience, qualifications, and relevant education or training.
