You Are:A Senior Alliance leader with a passion for building strategic partnerships that drive growth. As a Partner Development Director, you will scale and strengthen Accenture's ecosystem alliances with Anaplan + Pigment - originating partner-led transformation deals, developing joint go-to-market strategies, and serving as a trusted advisor to both Accenture leadership and partner executives.
The Work:- Strategic Go-to-Market (GTM): Collaborate with alliance partners to define target markets, joint industry solutions, and differentiated offerings that drive client value.
- Practice Development: Grow partner practices by evaluating capabilities, driving certification, and enabling co-sell motions. Develop and maintain GTM assets, PoCs, demos, and other repeatable assets.
- Deal & Co-Sell Support: Support field and sales teams in navigating complex enterprise transformation deals, accelerating velocity, and ensuring seamless sales cycles.
- Co-Marketing: Coordinate events, webinars, and content to raise brand visibility and generate partner-led pipeline.
- Executive Relationship Management: Build and sustain senior-level relationships with partner and Accenture leadership to execute joint business growth strategies.
- Governance & Accountability: Establish governance routines, pipeline tracking, scorecards, and metrics reporting to stay aligned to business objectives and targets.
Travel may be required for this role, ranging from 25% to 100% depending on business need and client requirements
Here's What You Need:- Minimum of 10 years in strategic alliances, partner/channel sales, or business development within the technology sector, with 5 of those years carrying revenue targets
- Minimum of 5 years expertise with Anaplan + Pigment
- Minimum of 5 years of deep expertise in enterprise technology including Cloud, Data, Analytics, and Generative AI
- Minimum of 5 years of experience and proven track record building C-level relationships and influencing global and regional leadership
- Minimum of 5 years experience creating and maintaining GTM assets, PoCs, demos, and repeatable sales tools
- Minimum of 5 years of proven ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including pre-sales support and proposal development
- Minimum of 5 years of demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and grow high-performing teams
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate's Degree with 6 years of work experience)
