Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related life science or physical science with 11+ years experience, Master's degree with 9+ years, or Doctorate with 5+ years required.
• Hands-on experience with HPLC and Karl Fischer; experience with GC, ICP-MS, and Size exclusion chromatography preferred.
• Internal expert in data interpretation and instrumentation in at least one specialty area.
• Ability to identify unmet customer needs based on technical skills and drug development experience.
• Proven capacity to propose and evaluate changes to controlled documents or project scopes.
• Strong leadership, written and verbal communication skills essential for customer interaction.
• Organized with efficient time management to handle multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute independent laboratory work plans/schedules based on customer milestones.
• Author technical documents including protocols, methods, and reports independently.
• Review technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Direct technical staff on work assignments to meet project goals.
• Act as Technical Lead on projects, focusing on outcomes and customer relationships.
• Identify and recommend efficiency improvement projects.
• Train and mentor team members on technical and business issues.
