Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Ability to travel for client meetings and training, as needed.

Preferred qualifications:
  • MBA or advanced professional degree.
  • Experience in consulting, analytics, or financial modeling.
  • Experience with Marketing Analytics, 3P Analytics Platforms, web analytics (Adobe/GA4). Experience with data analytics, return on investment/financial modeling, or statistical analysis.
  • Experience in a client-facing role, with the ability to navigate complex customer organizations influence across levels from day-to-day to c-suite.
  • Experience operating independently, demonstrating creativity, being detail-oriented, and delivering results in a highly organized manner.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with comfort distilling complex data analysis and insights into digestible narratives.

Responsibilities
  • Analyze internal and external data to quantify opportunities, anticipate risks, develop solutions to customer marketing challenges, and measure success.
  • Help customers navigate the shift to an AI first era of Marketing leveraging Google AI and ML solutions articulating and quantifying the value and impact of investments in this area.
  • Develop relationships with analytics counterparts and earn their trust, and tell stories with data, both visually and verbally.
  • Collaborate across teams innovating, to activate full measurement and attribution product capabilities for customers, and develop scalable solutions to industry challenges.
  • Advise on marketing analytics, including attribution, lifetime value, customer segmentation, and behavioral insights. Lead the full lifecycle of analytics and measurement initiatives, from idea to implementation.
