Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience performing marketing experiments, return on investment/financial modeling, and statistical analyses.
  • Experience working closely with clients, advising on marketing/business performance, and influencing decisions together with insights and measurement.
  • Experience with online advertising (e.g., Search, Display, Video/CTV), offline advertising (e.g., TV, in person, etc.), website analytics (e.g., Google Analytics), or brand analysis techniques, applied AI tools.
  • Familiarity with brand and performance marketing and measurement solutions (e.g., MMM, Experiments, MTA, incrementality, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze datasets, identify actionable insights, and communicate findings via presentations or dashboards.


About the job

As an Analytical Lead, you are a trusted advisor to large customers and agencies, using data-driven insights and Google AI to solve clients'growth issues and achieve their business goals. You will serve as the Google owner of clients' marketing measurement plans and a key partner to Google's ad sales teams, who will work to bring the best of Google's advertising solutions to their customers.

You will have an analytical background with experience in consulting, marketing analytics, investment banking, financial modeling, or statistical analysis. You will be able to refine complex situations into a few actionable insights. You will help clients modernize their marketing measurement for the AI era by adopting best practices. You're an expert in the intersection of incrementality, MMM, and attribution. You'll use user behavior insights, customer segmentation, and Google internal data to devise marketing strategies that drive successful results.
