Required clearance: Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
Required experience/education: 3+ years of experience AND bachelor's degreein statistics, data science, computer science or quantitative social science or four additional years of experience in those fields
Required Qualifications- 3+ years of experience with data exploration, data cleaning, data analysis, data visualization, data mining, decision analysis or modeling and simulation.
- 3+ years of experience with statistical and general-purpose programming languages for data analysis, such as Python or R
- Experience developing and documenting predictive data models, quantitative analyses, and visualization of targeted data sources
- Formal training or professional experience conducting quantitative social science, including survey design and analysis and/or field or laboratory experiments.
- Possession of excellent detail-oriented and organizational skills
- Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Desired Qualifications- Master's degree or Ph.D. in quantitative social science including statistics and methodological training.
- Ability to work with non-technical audiences on technical problems in a highly collaborative and team-oriented environment, and balance long and short-term taskings
- Ability to take poorly defined problems and convert them into questions for which practical quantitative solutions can be defined
- Ability to exhibit flexibility, initiative, and innovation to succeed in an ambiguous and fast-paced environment and compose client deliverable quality documentation, analysis, and reports.
