Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in accounting or a related function, or 1 year with an advanced degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance.
  • Experience with US Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

Preferred qualifications:
  • Experience with inventory and fixed asset accounting.
  • Familiarity with coding languages such as SQL or Python.
  • Ability to communicate complex finance information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability and interest to work with a variety of data integration technologies.
  • Excellent analytical skills, combined with impeccable business judgment and the ability to communicate effectively and influence senior management.

Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary point of contact for technical infrastructure reporting, tracking machine deployments, depreciation, useful life, and fleet utilization.
  • Deliver monthly and quarterly variance commentary, partnering with FP&A and operational teams to evaluate business drivers and performance trends.
  • Design and run scenario models to support long-range planning, capital allocation, and executive-level decision-making.
  • Oversee the suite of advanced modeling tools, managing feature roadmaps and bug fixes to ensure end-to-end data completeness and accuracy.
  • Collaborate closely with FinEng and FP&A to align modeling assumptions, integrate data pipelines, and develop scalable, automated reporting solutions.
