Full Job Description
Primary Purpose

Technology investments only deliver impact when they are clearly tied to measurable business outcomes. This role plays a key part in ensuring that our Technology portfolio is aligned to value-helping leaders make informed decisions about where to invest, how to prioritize, and how to measure success.

As an Analyst V, Technology Value Realization, you will define and drive frameworks that connect Technology initiatives to tangible business results. You'll partner across Product, Finance, and Technology leadership to shape value hypotheses, track outcomes, and provide insights that guide investment decisions.

This is a highly influential individual contributor role, working across portfolios to bring consistency, transparency, and rigor to how value is defined and measured. If you're energized by combining data, strategy, and storytelling to influence decisions at scale, this role offers the opportunity to shape how we evaluate and realize the impact of Technology investments.

Our flexible/hybrid work schedule includes 3 in-person days at one of our core locations and 2 remote days. Our core office location for this role is Salisbury, NC.

Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define and evolve enterprise value realization frameworks that connect Technology investments to measurable business outcomes
  • Establish value models, KPIs, and OKRs across products, platforms, and portfolios to drive alignment on success measures
  • Partner with Product, Finance, and Technology leaders to align roadmaps to clear value hypotheses, targets, and trade-off decisions
  • Lead benefits tracking and post-implementation reviews, ensuring expected outcomes are measured and understood
  • Provide insight-driven recommendations to support investment prioritization, rebalancing, and continuous improvement
  • Develop and standardize approaches for value measurement, reporting, and governance cadence across the Technology organization
  • Ensure consistency and quality of data used for value tracking, partnering with teams to improve measurement practices
  • Build and deliver reporting and dashboards that provide clear, actionable visibility into value realization
  • Coach teams and leaders on value-based decision making, including how to articulate trade-offs and tell a clear value story
  • Contribute to embedding a culture of accountability for outcomes, not just delivery, across Technology initiatives
  • Continuously refine frameworks and tools to align with evolving Technology operating models (e.g., product-based, Agile environments)

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (Master's degree preferred)
  • 8+ years of experience in product, portfolio value management, strategy, finance (FP&A), or related roles
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills, with experience developing metrics, models, and performance tracking
  • Experience connecting technology initiatives to business outcomes and value drivers
  • Strong facilitation and communication skills, with the ability to influence across Product, Finance, and Technology stakeholders
  • Ability to synthesize complex data into clear insights and recommendations for decision-making
  • Experience working across cross-functional teams in complex organizational environments

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working with OKR frameworks and performance measurement systems
  • Experience with stage-gate governance, investment planning processes, or portfolio management
  • Familiarity with cost/benefit modeling, financial analysis, and ROI frameworks
  • Experience working in Agile, product-based, or transformation-focused Technology organizations
