OverviewWe are recruiting for Strategy Analysts for our New York office to support our multidisciplinary practice in the U.S. This is a unique opportunity for highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team at the heart of our U.S. expansion, taking on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cost, revenue, and financial analysis, valuation, cash flow forecasting, and Excel modeling with guidance to support high-stakes decision-making.
- Participate in developing analytic approaches and frameworks based on project objectives.
- Perform market and company research, interview experts, develop insights, and contribute to compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Join in client meetings and project discussions gaining firsthand exposure to their challenges and needs.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to present findings, gather feedback, and refine deliverables, ensuring impactful outcomes for every engagement.
Qualifications- Working towards a Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, economics, or math; or MBA graduating in 2027
- Must have a minimum Grade Point Average of 3.2 on a 4.0 scale
- Exceptional quantitative, analytic, and problem-solving skills
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); proficiency in R or Python is an advantage
- Ability to look at problems logically, holistically and with an open and creative mind and keen eye for detail
- Strong proficiency in key business functions - e.g., operations, finance, marketing
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; clear & organized; ability to explain topics succinctly; good conversational skills
- Curious mindset with the ability to learn new topics quickly and to draw reasonable conclusions from inferences
- Entrepreneurial, and collaborative attitude, willing to take on responsibility and work independently when needed; enthusiastic about business
- Internship experience or prior employment (MBAs) in finance, consulting, accounting, or corporate environments preferred
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Candidates should be willing to travel to client locations and other Accuracy offices as required.
Benefits of Joining Accuracy- Participate in a comprehensive total rewards package, comprised of base salary, discretionary performance bonuses, medical, dental, and vision plans, life and disability plans, retirement plan with a company match, paid time off, and parental leave.
- The base salary range for this position is $85,000 - $150,000 and may include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience and work location.
