OverviewWe are recruiting finance consulting Analysts for our New York office to contribute across our multidisciplinary practice in the U.S. This is a unique opportunity for highly motivated and detail-oriented professionals to join our team at the heart of our U.S. expansion, taking on diverse responsibilities in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Key responsibilities:- Assist in the preparation of reports for transactions and dispute projects, ensuring analytical rigor and strategic clarity.
- Perform financial and strategic analyses across a broad range of engagements, including transactions, disputes, business performance and crisis situations.
- Conduct financial analysis, valuation, cash flow forecasts and financial modelling to support high-stakes decision-making.
- Perform market and company research, develop insights, and translate them into compelling PowerPoint presentations.
- Leverage digital, data and AI-enabled tools to enhance the efficiency and quality of analyses and deliverables.
- Participate in client meetings and project discussions from day one, gaining firsthand exposure to their challenges and needs.
- Collaborate closely with senior team members to present findings, gather feedback, and refine deliverables, ensuring impactful outcomes for every engagement.
Qualifications:- Pursuing or recently completed a bachelor's or master's degree in finance, accounting, economics, math, or engineering. Must have a strong academic record with a GPA of 3.2 out of 4.0 or higher a plus.
- Strong Microsoft Office proficiency i.e., Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Analytical, dynamic, versatile and confident with an entrepreneurial mindset, excellent summarization skills, close involvement, dedication, and team spirit.
- Strong understanding of financial statements and fundamental accounting concepts.
- Comfort with digital and AI-enabled tools, with an interest in leveraging new technologies to enhance research, analysis and productivity.
- Experience in finance, consulting, audit, investment banking, private equity, or transaction services is a plus.
- Willingness to work primarily from our Midtown Manhattan office (5 days per week).
- CPA designation or CPA eligibility is an asset.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

- The base salary range for this position is $80,000 - $90,000 and may include a discretionary performance-based bonus. Salary is determined based on a number of factors, including but not limited to qualifications, experience and work location.
