The Analyst/Sr Analyst, Strategic Planning & Business Operations will play a crucial role in defining opportunities, developing strategies and ultimately executing on initiatives that optimize our talent management engine. This position will report to the Director of Strategic Planning & Business Operations and will work closely with our Vice President of Strategic Planning & Business Operations and senior executives across Recruiting, Finance and Operations. To thrive in this role, you'll not only bring sharp analytical and forecasting skills, but also turn insights into action by partnering with field teams to drive meaningful outcomes.Duties & Responsibilities: - Own the development, refinement and ongoing maintenance of hiring models for key clinical roles (e.g., Therapists, BCBAs), ensuring alignment with regional and organizational growth strategies
- Monitor and report on hiring performance against established goals, proactively identifying and addressing variances, capacity constraints or pipeline inefficiencies. Maintain a consistent cadence of updates and stakeholder communication
- Analyze workforce data and hiring initiatives to evaluate effectiveness of incentive strategies and talent acquisition efforts, providing actionable insights to optimize performance and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Clinical, People Services, and Operations Innovation teams to align internal promotion programs with external hiring efforts and evaluate the success of emerging Talent Management initiatives.
- Work alongside the Business Intelligence team to advance predictive analytics (e.g., ML models) focused on teammate retention and turnover risk, and translate insights into scalable business processes

Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., data analytics, economics, engineering, finance or mathematics) preferred
- 1+ years of experience in investment banking, FP&A, management consulting, strategy, sales/business operations or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and G Suite; ability to manipulate and analyze large data sets
- Capable of breaking down complex or ambiguous business problems into clear, actionable components
- Excellent planning and organizational skills with a track record of working efficiently in fast-paced environments and managing multiple cross-functional projects
- Proactive and positive team player with exceptional attention to detail and commitment to quality
