About the Role
You will serve as a senior analyst within production operations, ensuring stability, efficiency, and continuous improvement across critical services. You will identify automation opportunities, enforce quality standards, and drive compliance with regulatory and internal policies. This role partners with technology, finance, compliance, and client-facing teams to resolve complex operational challenges. Success is measured through improved system reliability, optimized workflows, and consistent service performance.
What You Will Be Doing
• Analyze operational workflows to identify automation and efficiency improvement opportunities
• Implement technology solutions that streamline processes and reduce manual effort
• Conduct audits and quality assurance reviews to ensure policy and regulatory compliance
• Investigate and resolve complex production issues to minimize disruption and risk
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver operational improvements
• Monitor service performance metrics and drive corrective and preventive actions
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and operational standards
• Lead or support projects that enhance production support capabilities
• Provide guidance and review deliverables of less experienced analysts
• Influence process improvements and operational best practices
Required Qualifications
• Experience in production operations, service delivery, or operations analysis in a regulated environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to handle complex issues
• Proven experience identifying and implementing process improvements or automation solutions
• Knowledge of quality assurance, audit practices, and risk management frameworks
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities with limited supervision
• Strong communication skills with experience engaging cross-functional stakeholders
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting tools, and operational performance metrics
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
Preferred Qualifications
• Experience in financial services or fintech operations environments
• Familiarity with process automation tools or scripting languages
• Knowledge of incident, problem, and change management practices
• Experience supporting client-facing or service level-driven environments
• Certification in process improvement or operational excellence methodologies
