Procurement FP&A Analyst in
White Plains, NY - 10605.As a
Procurement FP&A Analyst, you will:
- Perform financial analysis, variance analysis, and reporting for procurement finance (COGS, raw materials, packaging, co-manufacturing, and milk)
- Deliver insightful commentary on financial performance, identifying key drivers and root causes of variances
- Partner cross-functionally with Procurement Finance, Supply Chain FP&A, and business stakeholders
- Support month-end close, forecasting, and Annual Operating Plan (AOP) processes
- Manage forecasting and reporting for materials, freight, warehouse costs, and waste (OMC)
- Assist with new product setup and system entries (Orsoft)
- Analyze pricing trends, inflation impacts, and cost drivers to support budgeting and standard costing
- Build and enhance financial models and reporting dashboards (Power BI)
- Support process improvement and finance digitalization initiatives
- Complete ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making
This is a
full-time opportunity.
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 1st shift: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
The ideal candidate will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- 3-5 years of FP&A, finance, or accounting experience
- Strong background in:
- COGS accounting
- Variance analysis & financial modeling
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (large datasets, modeling, analytics)
Preferred Skills & Experience: - Experience in CPG, supply chain finance, or cost accounting
- Familiarity with SAP, Tagetik, and/or Power BI (PBI)
- Strong ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-functional projects
Location: - Hybrid role - White Plains, NY 10605
- Must be able to work onsite up to 3 days per week
Pay Rate: $48.00 - $50.00 per hour *Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
