About This Position
At T. This role sits at the center of the firm’s Middle Office trade management function, supporting derivatives, private placements, and discretionary mutual fund trading. It offers the opportunity to work across the full trade lifecycle, partner closely with front office teams and external providers, and contribute to daily risk management and operational oversight. Role Summary
As part of Global Investment Operations (GIO), this role plays an important part in supporting the firm’s Middle Office trade management function. The position is responsible for administering and processing the books and records for a variety of accounts, including coordinating, booking, checking, and validating trades, settlements, and reconciliations. Working under general supervision, this individual will have direct accountability for a set of moderately complex accounts and/or an administrative process, contribute to process improvement efforts, and handle more advanced issues and questions elevated from less experienced staff.

Base Salary Ranges

$69,500.00 - $118,000.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workersPlacement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role. Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package. Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
