  • Partner regularly with securities operations staff, relationship managers, investment staff, custodians, and vendors to collect, analyze, and communicate information that impacts accounts and trade activity.
  • Respond to queries related to cash breaks, trade breaks, and other standard operational questions from internal and external stakeholders, escalating more complex issues as appropriate.
  • Prepare standard and some nonstandard instructions for settlements, reconciliations, transfers, and related activities.
  • Instruct team members on adjustments needed to books and records to ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Drive process improvement initiatives focused on automating manual tasks, enhancing efficiency, strengthening controls, and minimizing operational risk.
  • Follow established controls to check and validate third-party reconciliations and support account transitions to the end-state infrastructure of outsourced providers.
  • Provide feedback, as appropriate, to management and third-party vendors regarding timeliness, service quality, and operational effectiveness.
  • Generate periodic reports and dashboards outlining relevant operational metrics such as error rates, recalculation rates, client satisfaction, responsiveness, and time to resolution.
  • Support a collaborative, control-oriented operating environment that reflects T. Rowe Price’s commitment to operational excellence and client focus.
