Develops actionable insights by analyzing industry and geographic trends, competitor market research, and current/potential client behaviors, contributing to the formulation of effective business solutions. Acts as a specialist, collaborating with cross-functional teams to model the potential outcomes of implementing various business plans, ensuring alignment with overall organizational goals. Executes large-scale projects and processes, delegating tasks to lower-level professionals and driving the success of initiatives with significant impact on departmental results. Instructs and coaches team members, reviews their work, and delegates responsibilities, contributing to the professional development and growth of the team. Interfaces with internal and external parties, communicating effectively to gain cooperation on policies, practices, and procedures, playing a key role in shaping the organizational approach to business analysis within the broader context of the industry.

This role manages large-scale projects or processes that significantly contribute to organizational performance. The pay range for this full-time position is $101,500.00 - $172,550.00 and reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for this position based on the posted role, level, and location. Within the range, actual individual starting pay is determined by additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Any changes in work location will also impact actual individual starting pay. Please consult with your recruiter about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
