Full Job Description
Team Overview
The Insurance Solutions team supports U.S. Property & Casualty (P&C) and Life Insurance clients by helping them maximize the value of TransUnion's insurance products and data assets. The team partners closely with clients, sales, product, and technology organizations to improve customer outcomes, drive product adoption, and scale operational efficiencies through analytics, automation, and consultative support. This role reports to the Director, Solution Consulting. This role reports to Director of Solutions Consulting.This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

  • Support insurance clients during implementation and post-sale phases to drive solution adoption and business value.
  • Create scalable processes, documentation, and operational tools that improve efficiency across insurance products and customer engagements.
  • Develop and enhance automation opportunities using AI and other technologies to improve consistency, accuracy, and speed of customer support activities.
  • Conduct data analysis on customer, product, and operational metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with clients to review performance, provide consultative recommendations, and optimize the use of TransUnion insurance solutions.
  • Gather Voice of the Customer feedback from clients and sales teams and communicate actionable insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product, technology, operations, and business teams to support continuous product enhancements.
  • Leverage business intelligence and CRM tools to analyze data, develop insights, and support strategic decision-making.
  • Translate technical findings into business recommendations for both internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Support ongoing initiatives focused on operational scale, process optimization, and customer success.


Required Knowledge and Experiences

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, technical consulting, business operations, solution consulting, or customer-facing support roles.
  • Experience supporting insurance, financial services, or data-driven business solutions environments with a focus on client engagement and problem solving.
  • Demonstrated success leading process improvement initiatives that increase operational efficiency, improve customer service, and create scalable business processes.
  • Strong analytical experience with the ability to identify trends, investigate anomalies, and provide actionable recommendations based on data.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, project management, and documentation skills with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • PMP, Lean Six Sigma, or similar continuous improvement certifications are preferred.


Required Technical Skills
  • Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI and Tableau for reporting, visualization, and analysis.
  • CRM platforms such as Salesforce or similar customer management solutions.
  • Project management and collaboration tools including JIRA, Rally, Confluence, or equivalent platforms.
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills for data analysis, reporting, and business insights.
  • Experience working with AI-enabled tools, automation platforms, or data-driven process improvement solutions.

Pay Scale Information:

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual's education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations. Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion's annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
