The Senior Professional, Strategy partners with Primary Care Organization (PCO) and CenterWell leadership to help shape PCO's strategic direction and translate strategy into measurable business results. You will solve complex business problems, evaluate strategic opportunities, and develop recommendations that inform executive decision-making. You will apply strategic analysis, business and financial knowledge, and executive-level synthesis to support some of PCO's highest-priority projects. You will work across a diverse portfolio of enterprise and business-specific projects, structure ambiguous problems, develop analytical approaches, and synthesize recommendations for leadership. You will report to the Associate VP, PCO Strategy.
You will bring prior management consulting, corporate strategy, or comparable experience and will lead complex analyses and support high-priority projects. You will develop market and competitive analyses; build financial models, business cases, and investment assessments; conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses; and synthesize strategic options into executive-level recommendations for senior leadership.
Responsibilities:
- Lead structured problem‑solving and hypothesis‑driven analyses to support PCO's priorities, using financial modeling, qualitative insights, and market research.
- Summarize complex information into executive‑ready presentations and recommendations that inform leadership and Board decision-making.
- Support projects by evaluating opportunities, feasibility, risks, and implementation considerations.
- Manage priority workstreams including workplans, interdependencies, milestones, and risk identification to ensure successful execution.
- Facilitate cross‑functional engagement through working sessions and stakeholder alignment activities that advance strategy development and enable coordinated execution across PCO.
- Develop business cases and value analyses, support KPI development, and prepare leadership updates that communicate progress, risks, and strategic implications.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience with a leading management consulting firm or 3+ years in a strategic or strategic operations role requiring core consulting skills, with evidence of increasing responsibility.
- Experience structuring and solving complex business problems using consulting frameworks and tools (e.g., competitive analysis, strategy roadmaps, strategic investment prioritization, and operating model design).
- Experience conducting financial modeling, interpreting complex operational and financial data, and developing business cases.
- Experience translating strategy into actionable plans and driving cross‑functional execution through influence, coordination, and process management.
- Experience creating polished, executive‑level presentations and deliverables that communicate complex concepts with clarity.
- Can work EST hours.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior healthcare industry experience within healthcare services or care delivery organizations.
- Experience working in a matrixed, multi‑business‑unit environment.
- Commitment to improving patient experience and outcomes.
Additional Information
- This is a remote role but the Washington, DC metro area is a preferred location (opportunity to follow a hybrid model, working together with leader in Arlington, VA office 1–3 days a week).
- <10% out of state travel expected in role.

Pay Range
The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.
$86,300 - $118,700 per year
This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan. This incentive opportunity is based upon company and/or individual performance.
