Business Analyst
The Opportunity:

As a business analyst, you know the complexities of supporting a project from concept to completion. Many programs require a significant investment of limited resources, and it's imperative to keep the project on a productive path. That's why we need you, a business analyst who supports team goals through careful analysis and effective communication across a wide range of project needs.

On our team, you'll support information technology implementation by assisting with briefing slides, capturing meeting minutes and action items, conducting analysis to determine areas for improvement in project delivery, onboarding new team members, tracking work in Jira, and granting system accesses.

You Have:

  • 2+ years of experience working in a professional or military environment, including internships
  • Ability to organize, analyze, and summarize information
  • Ability to identify problems and develop recommendations for complex issues
  • Ability to capture meeting minutes and actions
  • Ability to follow defined standard operating procedures and make updates to procedures as changes occur to keep them current
  • TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:

  • Experience using Jira
  • Experience using Confluence
  • Experience with project management, action tracking, capturing and managing schedules
  • Knowledge of the Agile software development lifecycle
  • Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $55,200.00 to $126,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
