ABOUT THE JOB:
An Analyst assists senior team members in managing client relationships, reviewing and processing credit requests, and monitoring existing transactions. Analyst support includes, but is not limited to, financial analysis, real estate due diligence, transaction underwriting, credit structuring, portfolio management, creating client-tailored marketing materials, and client interface.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
• Work closely with other IREG teammates, including Associates, Relationship Managers and Senior Relationship Managers to build client relationships and provide financing solutions.
• Complete portfolio management, market analysis, and financial underwriting, including writeups(?), for credit transactions.
• Develop detailed knowledge of underwriting parameters and the working relationship between balance sheet lending and off- balance sheet financing options.
• Run and utilize internal modeling to determine risk ratings and return hurdles on all loan approvals.
• Participate as an engaged member of the deal team, effectively and regularly communicating with the IREG team, internal product partners, borrowers, and prospects.
• Work in the office most days is expected, and occasional travel may also be required.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong analytical, organizational, written and verbal communication skills
• Computer literate with proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Demonstrated leadership and teamwork
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and strong work ethic
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
• Degree or class work in finance, accounting, commercial real estate, or economics
• Financial modeling coursework or experience
• Relevant internship or prior work experience in commercial real estate or commercial banking

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
This position is eligible to earn a base salary in the range of $69,000.00 - $105,000.00 annually. Placement within the pay range may differ based upon various factors, including but not limited to skills, experience and geographic location. Compensation for this role also includes eligibility for incentive compensation which may include production, commission, and/or discretionary incentives.
