Primary Purpose
The Systems Analyst II is a generalist role within the Corporate Solutions team, responsible for the build, test, implementation, and maintenance of business systems that support the enterprise. This position supports a broad portfolio of applications and infrastructure outside of the core clinical EHR, including document and content management, print/fax/scan platforms, physical security and door-access systems, e-signature (DocuSign), Microsoft Dynamics 365, digital signage, marketing automation, and CRM applications. The role also contributes to interfaces between these systems and other enterprise platforms, and is involved with SQL Server infrastructure from a planning perspective as well as basic database administration.
Major Responsibilities
Software design, development, and maintenance of enterprise applications (40%)- Planning, development, and support for enterprise applications such as document/content management, print/fax/scan platforms, DocuSign, D365, digital signage, marketing automation, and CRM systems
- Building and maintaining interfaces between these systems and other enterprise platforms
- Provide training and coaching to other members of the IT department (including Analysts I and II)
- Identifying, analyzing, escalating, and resolving critical initiative risks and issues
- Defining and communicating project standards and guidelines around the applications and workflows
Planning and analyzing software strategies & solutions through functional and technical expertise, including managing upgrades (40%) - Participating in implementing technical infrastructure, including networks, platforms, servers, door/security systems, enterprise enabling, application enabling, security, and operations management
- Documenting system requirements, release notes, test plans, training documentation, etc. as required by our project delivery methodology
Interacting directly with team members, business stakeholders, and end-users to identify solutions (20%) - Working with end-users to help them understand defined workflows and system functionality
- Working with end-users and other team members to identify when new workflows or functionality is required to meet their individual needs
- Coordinating with other support and technical teams within the organization (e.g., compliance, facilities/security, marketing)
- Ensuring that every business customer who approaches IT has a positive experience
- Focusing on continuous improvement within the IT department
- All other duties as assigned
Minimum Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree or 6 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of 3 years of work experience in an IT application development or systems administration role
- Experience supporting enterprise applications such as document/content management, print/fax/scan platforms, e-signature tools (e.g., DocuSign), CRM or marketing automation platforms, security/door badge systems, security camera platforms, or digital signage systems
- Software development experience with Microsoft tools (e.g., .NET Framework, C#, ASP.NET, SQL Server) beneficial
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, SQL Server, SSIS, IIS, SharePoint Server, and/or integration platforms not required but beneficial
- Experience with process improvement initiatives
- Healthcare experience a plus

The compensation for this role includes a base pay range of
$67,953.60 - $101,930.40, with the actual pay determined by factors such as skills, experience, education, certifications, geographic location, and internal equity. Additional compensation may be available through shift differentials, bonuses, and other incentives. Base pay is only a portion of the total rewards package.
