Job PurposeReporting to the Manager, Controls & Compliance, this key role will support Gas Field Operations strategic initiatives and reporting. The role is expected to provide insightful data analysis, interpretation, and algorithmic creation for operational support. The key individual will need to understand the business drivers that impact end-to-end processes, including regulatory, operational, and stakeholder engagement.
Key Accountabilities- Review and analyze data to identify key trends and areas of opportunity.
- Ensure compliance and rate case requirements are successfully implemented and sustained within the operations organization.
- Create, maintain, and facilitate cross functional hubs for relevant processes
- Support end-to-end compliance framework for the DNY GFO & Programs team
- Create and execute key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive data-driven decision making and achieve continuous improvement.
- Provide support and oversight for special projects and initiatives.
- Review daily reporting to identify any accounts that are approaching its compliance due date or past due and escalate to respective area to be worked.
- Work hand in hand with GFO and CMS to ensure accounts with site specific results of immediate is cured within the timeframe (24 hours)
- Review field data to ensure accuracy and identify areas of improvement
- Ability to work cooperatively across diverse teams.
Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in computer science, business, finance, analytical or project management related field and/or 1+ years related professional experience.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Knowledge of Alteryx, PowerBI, PowerApps, and Python is a plus.
- Knowledge of gas utility, field operations and jurisdictional regulatory frameworks is a plus.
- Demonstrated championing, monitoring and continuous improvement in meeting group.
- Exhibit high personal standards of commitment and integrity.
