The ideal candidate has experience working in a fast-paced high-pressure environment and is highly technical with great troubleshooting skills.
Responsibilities
Assistin the planning, design, and implementation ofauthenticationinfrastructure
Respond to andassistin production operations in a 24/7 environment
Participate in an On-Call rotation for after hours and weekend support
Educate and mentor members of other groups that we work closely with like EUC
Stay up to date with the technologies we support and how we canleveragenew features to solve business needs
AICompetencies
Demonstrates a foundational understanding of AIpowered productivity and analytics tools, including their capabilities, limitations, andappropriate usecases.
Requirements
2-3yearsof hands-on experience with Active Directory, DNS(Domain Name System), Group Policy
2-3years ofhands-on experience withmanaging and troubleshooting issues with Windows Server 2019,2022,2025etc.
2-3yearsof hands-on experience with Azureand EntraAD, Conditional Access Policies
2-3yearsof experience integrating SAML/OIDC applications with Azure AD
Experience with VMware vCenter to manageWindows virtual machines
Experience with Office 365 services
Experience running commandswith PowerShell (preferred but notrequired)
Experience with RSA Authentication manager or RSA Cloud
Experience with Quest tools like Active Roles Server, Change Auditor,Recovery Manager,and Password Manager
