Full Job Description
The Royal Caribbean Group's Destination Development Team has an exciting career opportunity for a full time Deployment Automation Analyst to the Deployment Strategy & Projects Manager.

The position is onsite and based in Miami, Florida.

The position is also not eligible for work authorization sponsorship.

Position Summary:

This position is primarily responsible for deployment optimization, with a strong focus on automating deployment tools and enhancing reporting capabilities for the Deployment Strategy & Projects team. The Analyst will design, build, maintain, and improve technology-driven solutions that support faster, more agile deployment decisions and produce more accurate volume projections for development project business cases. This role is critical during the transition phase of the deployment teams as the organization adapts to a more technology-driven operating model. The individual in this role must be highly proficient in Python and SQL and will work closely with the Senior Analyst and Manager to develop tools, reporting, and analytical capabilities that strengthen deployment planning and decision-making. The Analyst will partner cross-functionally with Data Science, Revenue Management, OBR, Deployment, and other internal teams to integrate data from multiple sources, improve process efficiency, and deliver scalable solutions that support strategic business needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design, build, and enhance automation tools that streamline deployment planning, improve decision speed, and increase process scalability across the team.
  • Develop and maintain analytical tools, dashboards, and reporting solutions that provide clear visibility into deployment performance, planning assumptions, and strategic opportunities.
  • Use Python, SQL, and reporting platforms to solve complex business problems, automate recurring analyses, and deliver scalable data solutions for deployment planning.
  • Integrate, validate, and manage data from multiple internal and external sources to build reliable datasets that support deployment decisions and destination development initiatives.
  • Support the implementation of new analytical tools and planning solutions by coordinating testing, validating outputs, and helping drive adoption across deployment workflows.
  • Document methodologies, data definitions, assumptions, and reporting logic to ensure consistency, transparency, and long-term scalability of analytical products.
  • Partner closely with Deployment, Data Science, Revenue Management, OBR, and other internal stakeholders to gather requirements, validate outputs, and influence high-quality deployment decisions.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in Python and SQL required, with demonstrated ability to build analytical tools, automate recurring workflows, and work with large, complex datasets.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reporting solutions, and data visualizations using tools such as Power BI, Excel, or similar platforms.
  • Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights, scenario analyses, and business recommendations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts and analytical findings clearly to non-technical and executive audiences.
  • Business acumen and the ability to connect analytical outputs to operational, financial, and strategic decision-making.
  • Demonstrated initiative, curiosity, and continuous-improvement mindset, with a track record of identifying opportunities to enhance processes and analytical capabilities.
