ABOUT THE TEAMThe Corporate Planning & Growth Operations teams build and defines how the company plans, forecasts, and makes operational decisions across teams, turning strategy into day-to-day execution.
We sit at the center of the business and take on high-impact, often ambiguous problems that directly affect growth, efficiency, and how the business scales. That means deep-dive analysis, process re-design, and building pragmatic solutions that make the company run better.
We work closely with senior leaders, move quickly, and focus on outcomes. This is a team for people who like solving hard problems, building and iterating, and leaving things better than they found them.
ABOUT THE JOBThis role is intentionally broad and high impact. You will work across process design, analysis, and execution on problems that matter.
You will be expected to take ownership of workstreams, form a point of view, and back it up with data. You will regularly communicate insights and recommendations to senior leaders and work with partners across functions.

WHAT YOU'LL DO- Build and iterate on planning, forecasting, and operational processes that support how the company runs
- Turn unclear or messy problems into structured analytical analyses and clear recommendations
- Build and maintain analytical models in Excel and other tools to support planning, forecasting, and executive decision making
- Work directly with large, imperfect datasets to surface insights that inform leadership decisions
- Partner cross-functionally with Finance, Business Development, the divisions, and other functional leaders
- Prepare concise, high-quality materials for executive and leadership reviews
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS- You have 1+ years of experience in an investment banking, management consulting, or internal strategy & operations role
- High ownership mindset with a bias towards action
- Excellent analytical skills and comfort working with imperfect or incomplete data
- Ability to move between details and the big picture as needed
- Clear written and verbal communication skills, including presenting to senior leaders
- Comfort operating in ambiguity and building structure from scratch
US Salary Range
$86,000-$105,000 USD
The salary range for this role is an estimate based on a wide range of compensation factors, inclusive of base salary only. Actual salary offer may vary based on (but not limited to) work experience, education and/or training, critical skills, and/or business considerations.
