Role Overview

This role is for an experienced techno-functional Oracle EBS delivery leader supporting the Americas business. The person will lead delivery, clarify business needs, assess options, and provide oversight of architecture alignment, architecture direction, and solution readiness with stakeholders, IT teams, architects, and vendor partners.

The ideal candidate has strong Oracle EBS experience, solid techno-functional delivery leadership skills, excellent communication, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced product model environment. They can break down ambiguous requests, identify the right delivery path, ensure architecture considerations are reviewed with the appropriate architecture teams, and guide delivery through planning, execution, risk management, and stakeholder alignment. Oracle Fusion experience is helpful; AI use for automation, testing support, delivery insights, process improvement, or productivity improvements is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Delivery, Architecture Oversight & Stakeholder Engagement

  • Lead Oracle EBS delivery, enhancements, stabilization, support, governance, and status reporting for the Americas business

  • Turn ambiguous or changing business needs into clear delivery scope, options, risks, dependencies, architecture review needs, and next steps

  • Communicate clearly with business, IT Business Partner, vendor, and leadership audiences, keeping decisions, risks, and next steps visible

Distributed Delivery & Vendor Management

  • Coordinate with Americas stakeholders, offshore India, and other supporting regions, ensuring clear communication and handoffs across time zones

  • Manage vendor and system integrator delivery against priorities, timelines, outcomes, KPIs, SLAs, issue resolution, and escalations

Oracle EBS Expertise

  • Oversee Oracle EBS delivery, enhancement, production support, architecture alignment, and solution readiness across modules, integrations, data, reporting, controls, and operations

  • Provide strong techno-functional leadership across Oracle EBS Finance and operational modules, with AP, AR, GL, OM, PO, and PA highly prioritized

Compliance, Resiliency, Modernization & Security

  • Support compliance, controls, audit readiness, SOX considerations, security, access, data protection, and ERP delivery risk management

  • Partner with infrastructure, security, and application teams on disaster recovery, resiliency, business continuity, modernization, and cyber risk-reduction opportunities

Operations & Continuous Improvement

  • Lead stabilization, KPI/SLA tracking, service improvement, automation, and process optimization for Oracle EBS and related ERP processes

Qualifications

  • 15–20 years of IT experience, including significant ERP delivery leadership

  • Proven Oracle EBS delivery, enhancement, stabilization, and support experience at scale; Oracle Fusion experience is a plus

  • Strong techno-functional skills across business processes, Oracle EBS functionality, integrations, reporting, controls, and operational requirements

  • Strong Oracle EBS Finance and operational module experience, with AP, AR, GL, OM, PO, and PA highly prioritized

  • Experience with compliance, disaster recovery, modernization, security, vendor management, and distributed delivery coordination

  • Ability to operate in a fast-paced product model, Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery environment

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex ERP topics for business, IT, vendor, and leadership audiences

  • AI use for automation, testing support, delivery insights, process improvement, or productivity improvements is a plus

HIRING SALARY RANGE: $126,000-189,000 USD (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, andabilities of the applicant, internal equity, location and alignment with market data.)
