The Amenity Manager will create a strong calendar of experiences including chef collaborations, restaurant partnerships, food festivals, pop-ups, tastings, seasonal programming, wellness initiatives, and other engaging activations.

Working closely with Culinary, Operations, Marketing, and Design, this role will take programs from concept through execution while developing ideas that can be adapted and scaled across multiple Great Performances locations.

What You'll Do

Programming & Concept Development

  • Create food festivals, pop-ups, tastings, chef collaborations, restaurant partnerships, wellness programs, seasonal activations, and cultural food experiences.
  • Stay current on emerging food, restaurant, hospitality, wellness, and cultural trends and translate them into relevant programming.
  • Develop concepts tailored to the audience, space, and operational needs of each location.

Development & Execution
  • Work with chefs, managers, and operational teams to bring programs from concept through onsite execution.
  • Partner with culinary and commissary teams on menus, sourcing, quantities, production, packaging, equipment, and logistics.
  • Develop clear, practical activation plans and tools that allow successful programs to be replicated across multiple locations.
  • Support tastings, program launches, events, and onsite activations.
  • Travel between Great Performances locations throughout New York City as needed.

Marketing & Partnerships
  • Partner with Marketing and Design on program messaging, signage, promotional materials, calendars, and collateral.
  • Coordinate photography and content development for activations, menus, and new programming.
  • Identify opportunities for chef, restaurant, brand, and community partnerships.
  • Maintain an organized library of successful concepts, menus, photography, collateral, and programming resources.

Qualifications
  • 3-5 years of experience in hospitality, food and beverage, culinary programming, events, experiential programming, marketing, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of food trends, seasonality, guest experience, and hospitality operations.
  • Demonstrated experience developing food-focused programs, events, activations, or guest experiences from concept through execution.
  • Experience collaborating with chefs, culinary teams, operations teams, and other cross-functional partners.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, timelines, budgets, and locations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on and comfortable supporting tastings, launches, events, and onsite execution.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
