Key Responsibilities- The contractor shall apply project management knowledge, skills, tools and techniques to support the initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and the close out of NESDIS projects.
- The contractor shall prepare business cases to outline the objectives, purpose and deliverables for NESDIS projects.
- The contractor shall research stakeholder requirements, and shall assist in setting and prioritizing goals, defining deliverables, creating project schedules, identifying risks, proposing solutions and presenting project plans for NESDIS projects.
- The contractor shall manage time, cost, quality, risk, and changes on assigned NESDIS projects.
- The contractor shall develop project management plans and apply performance measures to monitor project performance as needed.
- The contractor shall perform project closeout to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly concluded and that deliverables have been met to the satisfaction of NESDIS management.
