Role Overview
We are seeking a Data Governance Architect to design and operationalize a modern scalable data governance framework with a strong focus on data marketplace enablement and Alation implementation This role drives enterprisewide data discoverability trust and reuse while ensuring compliance and business value realization
Key Responsibilities
Define enterprise data governance framework policies standards operating model
Architect and operationalize enterprise data marketplace
Lead endtoend Alation implementation cataloging lineage glossary
Establish metadata lineage and data quality frameworks
Set up governance operating model council stewardship workflows
Engage stakeholders including CDO business and risk teams
Integrate governance platform with cloud data and BI ecosystems
Required Skills Experience
10-15 years in Data Governance Data Management
Strong experience with Alation mandatory
Expertise in Snowflake must and good to have skillset in Databricks Power BITableau
Strong understanding of data marketplace and data product concepts
Experience in cloud platforms AWSAzure
