Full Job Description
Designs, develops, and implements quantitative analysis of complex business situations including performance, strategies, and solutions relative to sales and customer performance. Creates, uses, and guides staff in advanced computer modeling, database tools and/or other approaches in analysis.

Essential Functions
  • Leads/manages peer and cross functional/departmental analysis in sales and/or Solutions projects.
  • Mentors less senior staff. Works on multiple complex assignments concurrently.
  • Leads brainstorming and development of recommendations for highly complex sales/customer/corporate initiatives, recommending best practices.
  • Presents solutions to upper management.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Education

Bachelor's Degree/equivalency in business, finance, economic, computer science, engineering or related field.

Minimum Experience

Five (5) years work experience in measurement and analysis, quantitative business problem solving, operations analysis, sales or marketing analysis and/or knowledge management. A related advanced degree may offset the related experience requirements.

  • Superior demonstrated skills in access, excel and other database/analytical tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills including presentation skills.

Job Specific
  • Hands-on development experience on the Salesforce platform (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce, SOQL/SAQL)
  • Strong experience with Salesforce CRM Analytics (Dashboards, Dataflows, Recipes, External Data Connectors)
  • Proven experience designing and optimizing large-scale datasets (millions of records) and data models
  • Experience with relational databases, SQL, and ETL/ELT data pipelines
  • Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs (JSON/XML)
  • Experience working in large, enterprise Salesforce environments (security, role hierarchy, territory models)
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (SCRUM)
  • Strong organizational, verbal, and written communication skills with ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
  • Salesforce Certified Platform Developer (I or II)
  • Hands-on experience integrating AI/ML capabilities (e.g., Azure OpenAI Service, OpenAI API, or similar) into applications to improve automation, insights, or user experience
  • Demonstrated ability to proactively identify, evaluate, and adopt new technologies to deliver measurable business impact

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with modern web technologies (HTML5, JavaScript, Angular or React)
  • Experience with Python or .NET for data processing or integration workflows (Python strongly preferred)
  • Experience optimizing performance across large datasets, APIs, and dashboards
  • Experience building mobile-first or field-based applications
  • Experience with geospatial or mapping-based solutions (e.g., proximity, location services)
  • Experience with CI/CD, version control, and modern development practices
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams in global or multi-region environments
