We are seeking a Senior Field Recruiter with a strong hotel operations background who understands the day-to-day needs of hotel leaders. This role will serve as a responsive, trusted partner to operations leaders, using sound interviewing and selection practices to hire General Managers and Directors of Sales across a high-volume portfolio.
