About the job The Senior Manager, Portfolio Partnerships is a hybrid role within the Digital Strategic Growth & Partnerships function responsible for designing and deploying AI-enabled workflows, automating manual processes, and developing the product infrastructure that powers Sanofi's People + Product operating model. As Sanofi enters its 2026 transformation year, this role will focus first and foremost on building and creating scalable AI-driven solutions that reinvent how the organization operates and delivers differentiated value for Sanofi.
This is a transformation-first role with a primary focus on AI enabled workflow design and product development approximately
70%, with
30% targeted support on partnership execution and delivery. The successful candidate will work with the entire DSGP team on workflow reinvention, and will also support the Senior Director of Portfolio Partnerships with alliance support as a point of accountability for value realization across a portfolio of high-impact digital partnerships.
Main Responsibilities:1. AI Workflow Reinvention & Product Development- Design and deploy AI-enabled workflows that automate manual processes and reinvent how the partnerships and digital functions operate
- Lead product development using agile methodologies - including discovery techniques, MVP definition, sprint planning, backlog management, feature releases, and experimentation
- Own the full product lifecycle from concept through production deployment, iterating based on user feedback and business outcomes
- Develop and maintain product roadmaps, release plans, and feature prioritization frameworks
- Apply product thinking (user research, hypothesis testing, rapid prototyping) to identify and validate high-impact automation opportunities
- Collaborate with engineering, data, and AI teams to build scalable, production-ready solutions for DSGP
2. Business Development Support- Contribute to deal shaping, due diligence, and structuring of new digital and AI partnership agreements
- Support seamless transition from deal signature to execution through governance setup and delivery roadmaps
- Identify expansion opportunities within the existing partner portfolio
3. Stakeholder Management and Collaboration- Drive alignment across cross-functional teams - including product, engineering, legal, finance, and business units - to support partnership objectives and delivery outcomes
- Communicate partnership status, risks, and recommendations clearly and consistently to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Contribute to the development of best practices, playbooks, and governance toolkits to support continuous improvement across the partnerships function
4. Portfolio Reporting & Insights- Track value realization across the digital partnership portfolio using defined measurement frameworks
- Contribute to portfolio reviews with data-driven insights on investment and impact
5. Alliance and Partnership Governance- Support governance of strategic digital and AI partnerships, including coordination of steering committees and operating reviews
- Track contractual milestones, deliverables, and performance indicators across active partnerships
- Maintain partnership health assessments, scorecards, and executive status reports
About You Work Experience:- Minimum 4+ years of progressive experience in product management, AI/digital solution development, or technology consulting; experience in consulting, technology, or startup environments strongly preferred; biopharmaceutical or healthcare experience is an asset but not required.
Minimum Required Skills:- AI workflow design and automation; product development and agile delivery (MVPs, sprints, releases, experimentation); stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration; business development support; ability to translate technical output into business value.
Technical Skills:- Proficiency in agile and product methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, design thinking, lean startup); experience with product and project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Miro); hands-on experience with AI/ML platforms, automation tools, or enterprise digital solutions strongly preferred; data analysis and performance reporting
Education:- Bachelor's degree in data science, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Science or a related technical field preferred. Masters/MBA or business training is an asset; equivalent experience from consulting, technology, or startup environments will be considered

158,200.00 - 208,200.00 (Includes target bonus)
