Job Summary:
Seeking a senior-level, hands-on AI Tech Lead to support and enhance a production-bound Physical Inventory Insights dashboard built across Python AI, SAP GenAI SDK, React, and Kyma. The role focuses primarily on Python-based AI development, including RAG pipelines and Agentic AI, while also supporting React dashboards and cloud-native Kyma services. The ideal candidate will operate at a Tech Lead or Architect level while remaining actively involved in development, coding, and architecture.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain Python-based AI services utilizing SAP GenAI SDK, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI patterns.
• Build, enhance, and support production-grade Generative AI applications.
• Design and contribute to multi-agent workflows and AI orchestration frameworks.
• Support and enhance React-based dashboard applications.
• Maintain and support Kyma-based backend services and integrations.
• Collaborate across multiple AI initiatives within a shared support model.
• Provide technical leadership while remaining hands-on with coding, development, and architecture.
• Contribute to cloud-native services, microservices, and AI application architecture.
• Support production applications and troubleshoot issues across the AI, dashboard, and backend technology stack.
Required Qualifications:
• Strong Python engineering background with AI/ML experience.
• Hands-on experience with RAG architectures and vector retrieval systems.
• Production experience with Agentic AI frameworks and orchestration.
• Experience designing and developing production-grade AI applications.
• Ability to operate at a Tech Lead or Architect level while remaining hands-on with engineering.
• Basic React experience sufficient to support and enhance existing applications.
• Experience with cloud-native architectures, microservices, or Kyma.
• Recent hands-on software development experience.
• Strong technical leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience with SAP GenAI SDK.
• Experience with SAP BTP.
• Experience supporting production dashboards.
• Experience with inventory analytics or reporting platforms.
• Experience with vector databases, multi-agent workflows, and AI orchestration frameworks.
