Your role and responsibilities
We are looking to grow our team of research scientists and engineers. We look for candidates with a proven track record of research and systems building experience, strong systems intuition, and a strong desire to implement one's own ideas. You will advance fundamental science and publish in top-tier journals and conferences. You will also help conceive and build the next generation of innovative solutions to address real-world security challenges. Successful candidates will design, implement, and analyze state-of-the-art tools and systems to improve the security operations or systems and solve real-world problems. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI agents, vulnerability discovery and analysis, and security hardening systems.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
• Risk and Threat Analysis: Apply expertist in cybersecurity, networks, and systems to analyze threats
• Vulnerability Discovery and Analysis: Apply automated techniques to discover, analyze, triage, and remediate vulnerabilities is software, systems, and agents.
• Agentic Security: Research novel techniques to help secure agents and other future systems against emerging threats.
• Implement Research Findings: Collaborate with teams to integrate research results into product development, ensuring cutting-edge security features.

Required technical and professional expertise
• Strong Development Skills: Strong development experience with Pythons, Rust, TypeScript or similar languages.
• Cybersecurity Analysis: Exposure to apply expertise in cybersecurity to analyzing software and systems for vulnerabilities or threats and development mitigations and strong countermeasures
• Research Implementation Ability: Exposure to collaborating with teams to integrate research results into product development, ensuring cutting-edge security features.
Preferred technical and professional experience
• Vulnerability Analysis: Experience in discovering, analyzing, and created proofs for new vulnerabilities
• Threat Intelligence Analysis: Experience working with threat intelligence platforms and tools to analyze and mitigate cyber threats.
• Machine Learning for Security: Exposure to applying machine learning techniques to security problems, including anomaly detection and predictive modeling.

The compensation range and benefits for this position are based on a full-time schedule for a full calendar year. The salary will vary depending on your job-related skills, experience and location. For part time roles, your compensation and benefits will be adjusted to reflect your hours. Benefits may be pro-rated for those who start working during the calendar year.
