What We NeedCorpay is currently looking to hire an AI Program Management Director within our Corporate Payments division based in Atlanta, GA. This position falls under the AI Center of Excellence (AI COE), driving enterprise AI initiatives across all Corpay lines of business. In this role, the AI Program Management Director is responsible for driving execution across the enterprise AI portfolio, ensuring AI initiatives, pilots, and strategic programs are delivered on time, aligned to business priorities, and governed through established AI COE processes. This role serves as the operational backbone of the AI Center of Excellence, partnering closely with business leaders, product teams, technology teams, vendors, and executive stakeholders to coordinate delivery, manage dependencies, mitigate risks, and provide portfolio-level visibility into AI investments and outcomes. The ideal candidate combines strong program management capabilities with experience leading cross-functional technology initiatives in a fast-paced enterprise environment.

Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include:
AI Portfolio Management- Managing the enterprise AI initiative portfolio from intake through delivery.
- Maintaining visibility into all approved AI projects, pilots, and strategic initiatives.
- Tracking program status, milestones, dependencies, risks, and outcomes.
- Supporting prioritization and portfolio planning activities.
- Driving execution against AI COE objectives and annual roadmap commitments.
Program Delivery- Leading planning and execution for enterprise AI initiatives.
- Coordinating activities across business, technology, security, legal, procurement, and vendor teams.
- Identifying and managing delivery risks and escalations.
- Ensuring initiatives maintain alignment with approved scope, timeline, and objectives.
- Establish and maintain program plans, schedules, and reporting mechanisms.
Governance & Executive Reporting- Supporting AI governance processes and executive review forums.
- Preparing portfolio dashboards, status reports, and executive presentations.
- Facilitating steering committee meetings and decision-making activities.
- Maintaining action logs, risk registers, and decision logs.
- Ensuring adherence to AI COE governance standards and operating procedures.
Process Improvement- Defining and standardizing delivery practices across the AI portfolio.
- Improving intake, prioritization, reporting, and governance processes.
- Driving adoption of portfolio management tools and best practices.
- Establishing repeatable operating rhythms for portfolio execution.
Qualifications & Skills - Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a relevant field of work or an equivalent combination of education and work-related experience.
- 10+ years of program or project management experience.
- 5+ years leading enterprise technology initiatives.
- Agile Certification preferred
- PMP preferred
- Experience managing large, cross-functional programs with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong executive communication and presentation skills.
- Experience with portfolio management, governance, and reporting.
- Proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Asana and Jira
- Experience fostering strong relationships across organizational boundaries, as well as excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Change Agent capable of motivating and inspiring a team.
- Ability to learn quickly and thoroughly in rapidly changing conditions.

Pay TransparencyThe expected salary range for this position is $181,000 - $195,000, based on the candidate's work location. This range reflects a good faith estimate of the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The final offer will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and applicable market conditions. Compensation may vary based on geographic location and will be confirmed during the hiring process. Additional compensation and benefits, including incentive programs, health coverage, retirement plans, paid time off, and other benefits (where applicable), may also be provided.
