- Proven experience as a Product Owner or Technical Product Owner delivering digital products from idea to launch.
- Demonstrated track record of bringing new technology products or features to market that achieved clear business results (revenue growth, cost savings, customer satisfaction).
Job QualificationsSix years of IT experience in modern AI development stacks and Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment or equivalent experience is required.
One year of experience at the pay band 4-2/4-3 level or equivalent industry experience is required.

Bachelor's degree and four years of IT experience in modern AI development stacks and Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI model deployment or equivalent experience is required.

Major DutiesManage the end-to-end AI lifecycle from ideation to launch and iteration.
Identify market opportunities and customer pain points that can be addressed with AI.
Partner with internal and external teams to deliver AI products.
Evaluate and select appropriate AI/ML technologies and frameworks.
Monitor product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement.
Ensure AI products adhere to ethical standards, privacy regulations, and responsible AI practices.
Performs other duties as assigned.
