We're entering a new phase of rapid global growth and building the next generation of fintech infrastructure powered by AI. As part of this journey, we're looking for highly technical, product-minded builders who thrive in fast-moving environments and enjoy owning products end-to-end - from concept to production.

This role sits at the intersection of engineering, product, and AI innovation. You'll help design and scale critical fintech capabilities including money movement systems, global financial integrations, ledger infrastructure, and AI-native operational workflows.

We're looking for someone who combines strong software engineering fundamentals with sharp product intuition - someone who can identify opportunities, prototype quickly, and ship impactful solutions with minimal oversight.

What You'll Do

• Own product and technical problems end-to-end: from idea 12 prototype 12 production
• Design and build AI-native products leveraging LLMs, agents, and automation workflows
• Rapidly prototype and iterate using modern AI development tools (Cursor, GPT, Claude, etc.)
• Partner directly with stakeholders across product, operations, and engineering to identify high-impact opportunities
• Build agentic workflows, copilots, internal tools, and AI-powered operational systems
• Shape product direction while actively contributing to implementation and architecture decisions
• Improve systems continuously through experimentation, feedback loops, and data-driven iteration
• Contribute to scalable backend systems and fintech infrastructure supporting global operations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field
• 6-10 years of experience in software engineering, product engineering, or technical product development
• Strong experience building production-grade applications using at least one backend language such as Golang, Python, Java, or PHP
• Hands-on experience working with:
• LLMs and AI application development
• RAG architectures
• AI agents and automation systems
• APIs and distributed systems
• Strong product mindset with the ability to independently identify problems and define solutions
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and 0123 startup environments
• Proven ability to move quickly, ship fast, and iterate based on feedback
• Demonstrated experience building and deploying real-world AI use cases beyond experimentation or prototypes
• Strong understanding of software architecture, distributed systems, and scalable backend design
• Commitment to engineering excellence, code quality, testing, and maintainability
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical teams

Nice to Have

• Experience building internal AI tools, copilots, or workflow automation systems that delivered measurable business impact
• Experience with:
• Prompt engineering and evaluation frameworks
• Vector databases and embeddings
• Workflow orchestration frameworks (LangChain, Temporal, etc.)
• Prior experience in fintech, payments, banking infrastructure, or financial systems
• Public GitHub projects, shipped AI products, or demonstrated technical portfolio

For candidates based in the US, the base salary range for this role is $150,000-$230,000, plus bonus, equity and benefits. We believe in paying competitively for high-impact talent, especially people who thrive in fast-moving, high-ownership environments. Final compensation will depend on experience, location, and the scope of the role, and we're happy to discuss details throughout the process.
