We are seeking an experienced AI Platform Architect to design and lead enterprise-scale AI platforms powered by LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, and Multi-Agent Systems. This role will drive the architecture, scalability, security, and governance of AI solutions on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) while enabling next-generation AI capabilities across the enterprise.
Your role
Design and implement AI platforms leveraging:
Large Language Models (LLMs)
Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems
LangGraph, ADK, and similar frameworks
Architect and govern:
AI/LLM Gateways
MCP Gateways and Servers
Agent Frameworks
Security and Identity Layers
Observability and Monitoring Platforms
Design scalable, event-driven, asynchronous, and multi-agent orchestration solutions.
Lead deployment of AI workloads across:
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
AWS
Kubernetes
Serverless platforms
Establish standards for AI governance, security, reliability, compliance, and operational excellence.
Collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable AI solutions.
Your skills and experience
Required Qualifications
10+ years of experience in Software, Platform, or Enterprise Architecture.
Strong expertise in:
LLMs
RAG architectures
Agentic AI systems
Multi-Agent Frameworks (LangGraph, ADK, etc.)
AI Platform Design
LLMOps and AI Governance
Cloud & Technology Skills
Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
AWS
Kubernetes
Serverless Architectures
Python
JavaScript/TypeScript

The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $88,540 -$207,401.
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. This range may be subject to change as permitted by law.

In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
