You Are
You are a hands-on AI Native Full Stack Developer who can lead and deliver complete AI-native solutions end to end. You stay close to the architecture and the build, set the standard for AI-native ways of working, and use AI coding assistants and agents as a core part of the software development lifecycle across design, code generation, testing, review, and delivery.
You bring deep experience across agentic AI, cloud-native delivery, and custom application development, with the judgment to make architecture decisions in ambiguous, real-world environments. You act as a trusted technical advisor, guide teams through delivery, and help clients adopt and scale AI-native development practices across their organizations.
The Work
You will work directly with clients to design, build, and scale complete AI-native solutions in complex enterprise environments. You will partner with stakeholders to define use cases, rapidly prototype, and deliver secure, scalable agentic workflows, while owning the solution from architecture through production delivery across client systems and ecosystem partners.
Responsibilities:
Lead the design and build of complete AI-native solutions, making architectural decisions while staying hands-on throughout delivery.
Define and champion AI-native development practices across the team and engagement, applying AI across design, code generation, testing, review, and delivery.
Build enterprise-grade AI agents for production, including retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses, and observability.
Own evaluation approaches and define accuracy, latency, safety, and cost metrics for production agentic systems.
Design, develop, and enhance custom software components across distributed systems using modern frameworks and scalable architecture patterns.
Build abstraction layers across AI providers such as Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, and similar platforms for flexible, scalable multi-provider architectures.
Ship scalable cloud-native systems using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless, event-driven patterns, CI/CD, and observability.
Lead workshops, POCs, and code-with sessions as a trusted technical advisor, shaping solutions that align to each client’s industry, domain, and operating environment.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent; additional AI certifications or agentic tool experience is a plus.
Minimum 8 years building and shipping cloud-native systems, including APIs, microservices, containerization, serverless, production delivery, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, monitoring, and debugging.
Demonstrated ability to independently lead and ship an entire AI-native or agentic solution end to end while staying hands-on.
Deep experience working within — and ideally shaping — an AI-native software development lifecycle across design, build, testing, review, and delivery.
Hands-on experience designing and deploying production-grade agentic AI solutions, including agents, orchestration, context engineering, RAG, and workflows.
Minimum 2 years with AI platforms such as Claude, OpenAI, Vertex AI, and open-source models, including multi-provider architectures.
Strong expertise in custom application development and modern software development practices, with strong programming ability in Python, Java, or equivalent.
Proven ability to design scalable, enterprise-level solutions across multiple teams and systems while leading client-facing technical delivery.
Travel flexibility based on business needs.
Familiarity with evaluation tooling, logging, monitoring, and agent observability.
Strong client-facing ability, including leading technical workshops and delivering under ambiguity.
Experience leading client teams through adoption of AI-native development practices as part of a broader transformation.
English is required for this position as this role will regularly interact with stakeholders across Canada, US and other countries across our Global footprint where English is the common language. Due to the significant high volume of interactions with these English-speaking stakeholders, which is inherent to this position, it is not possible to reorganize the company's activities to avoid this requirement.
Bonus Points If You Have
These are not required, but they would help you stand out:
Experience as an Agentic AI builder or Forward Deployed Developer in enterprise environments.
Experience with enterprise-grade architectures for compound AI systems, orchestration frameworks, or agent registry / stream-based architectures.
Strong grasp of the AI-native paradigm, combining cloud-native and generative AI for scalability and performance.
Experience delivering solutions across multiple industries such as finance, healthcare, or retail.
AI certifications or hands-on experience with advanced agentic frameworks and tooling.
