Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in machine learning and AI engineering, specializing in NLP/LLMs.
• Experience building production-grade Agentic AI systems.
• Strong skills in Python programming and proficiency in PyTorch or TensorFlow and HuggingFace Transformers.
• Familiarity with LLM fine-tuning techniques like LoRA, QLoRA, RLHF, or instruction-tuning.
• Knowledge of vector search, embeddings, and semantic retrieval with RAG architecture.
• Solid grasp of prompt engineering and related methodologies.
• BS/MS/PhD in Computer Science, AI/ML, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement advanced AI/ML models and systems.
• Develop and optimize frameworks for training and deploying LLMs.
• Construct and maintain production processes that ensure Agentic AI systems operate efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI capabilities into products.
• Conduct experiments to refine model performance and enhance user outcomes.
• Work on prompt engineering to improve AI user interactions.
• Analyze and improve semantic retrieval processes to boost AI accuracy.
